I met Joe Pandich when he interviewed me for a position at Creative Laminates. During that almost 2 1/2 hour "interview" we spoke about the position for about 15 minutes then we just talked. We talked about everything - politics, cars, motorcycles, our families, places we'd been, places we wanted to go, lessons we'd learned. We talked about life. And somewhere in there, he casually mentioned that he had terminal Cancer. My heart dropped.
But I very quickly realized that I hadn't met someone who was dying...I met someone who was LIVING. Someone, that had been diagnosed with a dreadful disease but had simply refused to stop living his life. Joe was kind and open. He was generous in spirit and with his precious time.
Joe was more than a boss...Joe was my friend. Though, we only worked together for a short time, it felt like I had known him all my life. It was like I was "meant" to meet him and spend this time with him. I can't express how much I'm going to miss Joe or how much he taught me about living life. Rest in peace my dear friend. You will never be forgotten.
My most heartfelt condolences to Colleen, Allison and the rest of the Pandich family. May God give you strength and peace in this difficult time.

No words can express the sadness for the loss of someone so young. There is not a single soul that he has touched in life that will not perceive the world as dimmer in his absence, yet he lived life to the fullest and our memories of him will forever influence and brighten the rest of our days.
