Thomas James Pauli, 66, of Lakeport, New York passed away peacefully at home on March 24, 2026 after a brave battle with Pancreatic Cancer.
Thomas was born on October 8th,1959 to the late George and Antoinette Gaudio Pauli of Chittenango. He attended and graduated from Chittenango Central Schools. He then honorably served his country in the United States Army. There he would earn his CDL and certificate in engineering. Driving was his passion. He drove tractor trailers for over 30 years.
In his off time he enjoyed riding his Harley, hunting, fishing, and attending NASCAR races with friends and family. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, William Pauli.
Thomas is survived by his loving wife, the former Sondra Brown; children, Elise (Matthew) Vecchio, Christin Barrett and Jonathan Byrnes; grandchildren, Tyler (Kate), Nathan, Sophia, Isabella, Jackson, Carina, Tobias, and Great-Grandson, Skyler. He is also survived by a brother James (Michele) Pauli; a sister Barbara (David) Robinson; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, several cousins, and an abundance of lifelong friends.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, March 31st, 2026 from 5:00-7:00pm at Traub Funeral Home, Inc., 7975 Route 31, Bridgeport, New York 13030
In addition to calling hours there will be a Benefit/Celebration of Life to be held on Sunday, April 26th, 2026 from 12:00-4:00pm at the Bridgeport VFW Post 8440, 516 State Route 31, Bridgeport, New York 13030
