Tamara “Tammy” Aldrich, of East Syracuse, passed away on March 30, 2021 in Syracuse, NY. She was born on September 28, 1967 in Utica, NY to Samuel Gendron and Jackie Cooper.
Tammy was Self Employed as a Housekeeper for many years. She was also a waitress at Kirby’s for 16 years where she gained many friends. She enjoyed party planning and was the family “Hostess with the Mostess”. Tammy loved to be outdoors and she loved horses, dogs, and her cats. Her favorite place to be was with her family on the back of a bike, front row of any concert venue, or sunning herself on the beach with a Margarita in her hand.
Tammy is survived by her husband, Benjamin; children, Derek DeGroff, Brian DeGroff, Tad Aldrich, and Chandler (Marissa) Aldrich; siblings, Gary Cooper, Dale (Michele) Gendron, Rich Cooper, and Samantha (Clinton) Jones; father, Samuel Gendron and Jackie Cooper; and her fur babies, Sammie, Cooper, and Frankie; a niece, nephew, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Family and Friends are invited to attend a Visitation on Saturday from 1- 4 PM at Traub Funeral Home, Bridgeport. A Celebration of Tammy’s Life will follow at the funeral home at 4 pm at the Funeral Home.
