Richard E. Beeman passed away after a brief illness on Monday, June 15, 2026.
Richard was born on June 09, 1940, to Carolyn Winters Beeman and Roland Beeman. He graduated from high school and worked for Vibrocass Vault Company in Chittenango, NY, until his retirement. Richard was an accomplished clarinet and saxophone player and was involved in the Central New York State Chapter of the National Historical Railroad Society. He also enjoyed going to the casino in his free time.
Surviving is his sister; Elizabeth “Betsy”, of Canastota, NY, two brothers; Pete “Taffee”, and Marc, both of Chittenengo, NY; a sister-in-law; Mary, of Stuart, Florida, a godson; Michael Nolan of Las Vegas, NV, as well as many nieces, nephews, and several cousins. Besides his parents, Richard is predeceased by his brother; Bruce.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no public services.
