Patricia Klett Ross

Patricia Ellen Klett Ross, age 80, of Central Square, passed away peacefully at the Oswego Hospital on January 11, 2021.

Pat is pre-deceased by her husband of 58 years, Ronald L Ross. She is survived by her three sons, Randall (Laurie) of Virginia, Richard (Marsha) of Pennellville, and Roderic of Pennsylvania.  Pat is also survived by her six grandchildren, David, Hannah, Payton, Rene, Saige and Ethan; brother in law Robert Ross of Lowville; nephew Robert of Liverpool; and several great nieces and nephews.  Pat was predeceased also by her sister-in-law Michelle Andre Ross and niece Theresa Ross Golden.

Pat was born in Beaver Falls, Lewis County to the late Ernest Klett and Lois Boshart Klett on May 23, 1940.  She graduated from SUNY Albany with a degree in English and Education.  Pat was a teacher at Cicero Middle School prior to her starting their family.  She spent most of her life dedicated to raising her three sons and volunteering for various organizations that the boys were involved in. 

Pat enjoyed traveling, reading, cooking and playing games.  She most enjoyed spending time with her sons and grandchildren.  Pat will be remembered by her good nature, kindness and devotion to her family.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Morningstar Residential Care Center.

Calling Hours will be held on Saturday, 11 am to 12 noon, at Traub Funeral Home, Central Square, with a private service to follow. Burial at Hillside Cemetery in Central Square will take place in the Spring.
