Jane E. Kelly O'Neil, 73, of West Monroe, passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2020.

She is predeceased by her husband Scott O'Neil in 2008 and her son Valin O'Neil in 2018. She is survived by her brother Lawrence Kelly and step brothers Dennis and Danny Pealo.

A Spring Burial will take place at Riverview Cemetery, in Baldwinsville, at a date to be announced.
