Dorothy Solada Obituary

Dorothy Solada, 85, of Hannibal NY passed away peacefully at home on Sept 9.

She was born in Dubois, PA on May 9, 1937 to Ira and Ruby Roush.

She lived many years in Tonawanda and Baldwinsville NY. She and her husband retired to Winter Haven FL. She returned to NY in 2014.

Dorothy retired from Kmart, working in customer service in both the Mattydale and Camillus stores.

Dorothy was predeceased by her husband of almost 50 years Leroy "Butch" Solada, her parents,her brother Ira Lee Roush, and her sister Gloria Cannici.

She is survived by her son Bryan (Brenda) Solada of Hannibal and daughter Leann (Les) Ball of Fulton. She is also survived by Grandson Scott (Michelle) Ball of Ft Lauderdale FL, a granddaughter Stacy (Alex) Isberg of Liverpool NY and 2 great granddaughters Arianna Stuber and Jocelyn Isberg.

She also leaves behind a sister Debra (Raymond) Dennison of Nashville TN and Brother-in-law Gerald Solada of Haines City FL..

She will be greatly missed.
