Delaney G. Black

Delaney Grace Black passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2026 with her loved ones by her side.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Traub Funeral Home in Central Square, NY. The family asks that those attending wear bright colors, such as pink, blue, and yellow, in Delaney’s memory. 

Delaney was born to Anne Sheldon and Joshua Black on June 21, 2024. She loved being outside, animals, and watching her favorite TV shows, including Bluey, Ms. Rachel, and Elmo, while snuggling with mom and dad.  Delaney was a smart girl; she could recite the entire alphabet and count past ten. She also loved playing with her sisters and had everybody wrapped around her finger.

She is survived by her parents; Anne and Joshua, her sisters; Emma, Ariana, Nicole, and Kellie, her dog; Gigi as well as other extended family.
