Brenda Lee (Boardman) Prentice

Brenda Lee Prentice, 61 of Hastings, New York died Sunday, March 15, 2026 at the home of her daughter following a long illness. 

Brenda was born on February 20, 1965 in Syracuse, New York daughter of the late Gary and Joyce Boardman. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Stacey Boardman Sqartzot. She had many interests and was involved in way to many activities to list, her favorites were spending time with her grandchildren, karaoke and gardening. 

She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Greg Prentice; sons, Rodney and Gary Prentice; grandchildren, Kierstyn, Gavin, Kendyl, Dawson, Elleona, Jordan and Tegan Prentice. 

In accordance with Brenda's wishes, there will be no services or calling hours. a celebration of life is being arranged, when scheduled details will be released.
