Vivian M. Perolla, 88, of Bridgeport, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, with her family by her side, following a long illness.
A long-time resident of Bridgeport, Vivian was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church.
She loved garage sales, trips to the casino, going out to dinner and cherished being around her children and grandchildren
Vivian is predeceased by her husband George Perolla in 2015. She is survived by daughters, Georgia Perolla and Sandy (Frank) Bryant; sons, Gregory and Marc Perolla; grandchildren, Frankie (Autumn) Bryant, Danielle (Bill) Bryant Pfeifer, Jennifer Portorsnok, and Michael Portorsnok; 7 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held Sunday, 2 pm to 5 pm, at Traub Funeral Home, 7975 Rt. 31, Bridgeport. A Prayer Service will be held Monday, 8:15 am, at the funeral home, followed by A Mass of Christian Burial, 9:00 am, at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Bridgeport. Entombment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Syracuse, immediately following the mass.
