Shirley I. Hoeh, 80, of Central Square, passed away on Wednesday. She was born and raised in Pennsylvania as one of 16 children. Shirley had a passion for numbers and math and loved learning. She retired as an accountant after 25 years at Smith-Corona and went on to be a Customer Service Rep. for Fulton Savings Bank. Shirley also loved to play her Lowry Organ, was a skilled typist, and loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, George E. Hoeh, Jr; children, Donna Winks and David Hoeh; grandchildren; Brandi (Brian) Kotlarz, Sarah Winks, Dustin (Amanda) Hoeh, Kyle Winks, Ashley Hoeh, Adam Winks, and Nathan Winks; one great-grandchild, Charlotte; and many, many extended family members.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday, July 10, 3 – 6 PM, with a service to follow, at Traub Funeral Home, 684 N. Main Street, Central Square, NY.
