Melissa Weir-Yombo

Melissa "Missi" Weir-Yombo and daughters, Precious and Lily, passed away tragically on June 21, 2018 in Lakewood, WA.

Melissa, better known to those who loved her as Missi, has always been a strong, determined, all go, no quit kind of person. We admire her fierce personality and her quirky, goofy sense of humor. She was always willing to help anyone in need, even if she had little herself. Life for her was not without challenges, yet she never stopped moving forward and found a way to make it through. She was blessed in life with 5 daughters; Ciera, Amillia, Amara, Precious and Lily that she loved more than anything. On June 21, 2018, Missi, Precious and Lily were tragically taken from us. Our hearts are broken and there are no words for the depths of pain we feel. We will forever miss them. Missi's big heart, smile and contagious laugh, jokes and crazy dance moves will always live on in our memories. Precious was a beautiful girly girl whose fashion style would rival that of a fashion model. She loved all things glitter and ruffles. She was an amazing big sister to Lily. Miss Lily was an adorable cuddler with a contagious laugh, just like her mama. She loved food, puppies, running and playing. She was just full of joy and laughter that could light up a room Our three beautiful angels are dancing in the sky. They are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.

They are survived by Missi's parents, Tony and Donna Weir of Central Square; Missi's three daughters: Ciera Weir and grandson Jayden of Mattydale; Don'namillia Sessoms and Amara Sessoms of Las Vegas, NV. Three sisters: Lisa and Dashon Turner of Rochester; Robin and Alan Vargo; Ashley and Marcus Rafferty of Central Square. Nieces and nephews: Dashon, Devon, and Layla Turner; Jacob, Lauren and Evan Vargo; Dane and Hunter Rafferty.

Calling hours will be held on July 15, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM with a memorial service immediately following at Traub Funeral Home, 684 North Main Street, Central Square, NY.
