Harold R. Dann, 61, of Palermo passed peacefully at home on Thursday, March 7, 2019. Hal was born on March 23, 1957 to James and Carol Dann. Hal graduated from Mexico Academy High School, Class of 1975. After high school he worked with his dad in the family business, Dann Rubbish Removal. Hal went to work as a union roofer in 1985 under the mentoring of his Uncle James Milligan. He retired from Roofers Local #195 in Syracuse and remained a proud member.
He was a devoted brother, uncle and son. His devotion to his brother David was immeasurable. If he loved you, he loved you for life; he would sacrifice anything and everything for you. We will miss his bear hugs, the missing shoes and other crazy antics that were Hal.
