George Trumble Obituary

George Allen Trumble, born May 29, 1950, passed away on May 12, 2018, in his home surrounded by his loving family.

A life long resident of Oswego County, New York, George resided in Sandy Creek and was born and raised in Altmar. George was a U.S. Army veteran who served  from August 1971 to August 1975. In his younger years George enjoyed hunting and fishing, just being outdoors in general. The outdoors seemed to call to him. George was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who loved to spend time with his family and friends. In his later years he grew more fond of the time he had with them. He was an exceptional person that everyone could always depend on and confide in.

George has gone to join his deceased family and friends, son George Allen Trumble, II; grandson George Allen Trumble, III;  sisters Julia A. Bushaw, Laura J. Baird, Sharon A. Sampson, and Beaulah E. Yerdon; and his brothers Charlie M. Trumble, William F. Trumble, Floyd E. Trumble, and Frank J. Trumble . He is survived by his wife Freda Trumble (Stevens); children Sarah Miller, Heather Williams (Philip), Andrew Trumble , Adam Nadolski, Amber Nadolski, and Austin Nadolski; 25 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; sisters Eleanor P. Haynes, June M. Bice,  Jane M. Trumble, and Charlene E. Wells; brothers John H. Trumble, Harry R. Trumble,  David A. Trumble, and Fred W. Trumble: and countless nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services will be held privately.

George will always be kept in our hearts and minds. His actions in life will echo through our family for ages.
