Claude J. Richer, 80, of Constantia, passed away on Wednesday, with his family by his side.Claude was enlisted in the US Army Reserves. He retired with the Syracuse Police Department, as a Police Officer, after 20 yrs of service.Claude is predeceased by his first wife, Corinne Richer in 1995. He is survived by his wife of 16 yrs, Roxanne Richer; children Sharon Pernisi, Ed, Mike, and Gary Richer, and Claudette Lyons; brother Maurice Richer; and many step children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.Memorial Service: Saturday, 12:00 at Traub Funeral Home, 684 N.
