Leo C. Parker, Jr., 69, of Syracuse, passed peacefully on Sunday with family by his side.

Leo is predeceased by his parents Leo and Shirley Parker, Sr. and sister Deborah Hill. He is survived by his children Michelle (Trampess ) Bourgeois and Sean Patrick Parker; brothers Thomas (Bonnie), Ronald (Suzanne), David (Linda), Donald (Valerie), Daniel, and Dennis Parker; sisters Mary Frances (James) Lawrence, Sandra (David) Mooney, and Constance Ballard; brother in law Timothy Hill; grandchildren Nathan, Emma, Makayla, and Abigail Sovay, Cassondra and Devon Rogers, and Sydney Parker; great grandchildren Lawson and Savannah Kamel; and 32 nieces and nephews.

Family and Friends are invited to visit Friday, from 3 to 4 pm, at Cleveland American Legion, Post #858, 114 NYS 49, Cleveland, NY  13042 with a Memorial Service to follow at 4 pm.  Contributions may be made to the American Legion.
