Jean Barry, 93, of Constantia, passed peacefully on Sunday, at home, with loving family by her side.

Jean served during WWII with the US Coast Guard and retired from the Constantia Post Office. Jean was a devout member of St Bernadette’s Church, in Constantia, where she was a former member of Altar Rosary Society and Choir. She loved to dance with her husband, Edward, who passed in 2016.

Jean is predeceased by her husband and daughter Elaine Fisher. She is survived by her children Kathleen (George) Sutton, Catherine Lewin, Lois (Brian) Allen, Nancy (Fred) Swan, Michael (Michele) Barry, Thomas (Dawn) Barry, Mark (Sandy) Barry, Joseph (Tammy) Barry; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. 

Calling Hours will be held on Wednesday, 11 am to 1 pm, at St. Bernadette's Church, 1667 US Rt. 49, Constantia, NY  13044, with a Funeral Mass immediately following at 1 pm.  Burial in Constantia Rural Cemetery will take place in the spring.  Contributions may be made to St. Bernadettes Church or Constantia Fire Department.
