Christina "Tina" Jones, 66, of Central Square, went to be with her Lord on Thursday surrounded by her husband, family and friends. Tina was born in Bay Shore, Long Island, NY to late Robert and Ruth (Van Vranken) Jones.  She was a graduate of Holland Patent Central School. Tina retired from US Airways after 30 years of service as a Reservation Agent. After Tina's retirement, she worked for Curves and Cracker Barrel. Tina was an active member of the West Monroe United Methodist Church. Tina cherished her grandchildren. Tina had a passion for painting, music, dancing and a love of animals, especially her dog, Oliver. Tina received awards for her painting at the NYS fair and Oswego County fair.  

Tina is survived by her loving husband of 21 years, Douglas Jones; children, Chrisman (Erin Root) Starczek, Geoffrey (Audrey) Starczek; step-children, Andrea (Tom) Stepnowski, Susan Jones, Cheryl (Todd) Schleuning; grandchildren, Aiden and Brody Starczek, and Jaxon Root; step-grandchildren, Madison, Sean, Elise, Emma, Ethan, Grayson, Ella, and Sophia; and brother, Van (Winifred) Jones. 

Calling hours will be Saturday, April 29, 9 – 11 AM, at West Monroe United Methodist Church with Funeral Service to follow.  

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the West Monroe United Methodist Church, or Hospice of CNY. 

The family would like to extend a sincere thanks to hospice caregivers and dear friends that were by her side.
