Charles L. Young, 80, of North Syracuse. passed away peacefully on May 8th at Crouse Hospital.  He is predeceased by his son, Barry J. Young; four sisters, Patricia Bigley, Mary Ford, Marcia Hall and Mayta Stever; one brother, James R. Young.

He is survived by a daughter, Casey (Jason) Richardson; two grandsons, Kyle J. Young and Richard C. Riggs III; longtime companion, Norma Reith; and several nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Charles' wishes, there will be no calling hours or services.  

Burial will be private.
