Alberta E. Ladd

Alberta E. Ladd, 90, of Central Square, passed away on Thursday. She was born to William V. and Atha C. (Baldwin) Schilly, on July 8, 1925. Alberta graduated from Central Square High School in 1942. She was a loving, mother (grand and great), foster mother and childcare provider. Alberta worked as a cafeteria manager for Central Square School District for 14 years. She was an avid camper, loved dancing, and was an active member of the Methodist Church. She was predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Lyle in 2004; and her brother, Willis Schilly in 2015.

She is survived by her children, Allan (Cherie Deloff) and Dale (Marion) Ladd; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at Central Square Community Church, 10am, Saturday, June 18th. Internment will be private at Coit Cemetery, Hastings. www.traubfh.com for On-Line Guest Book.
